Our Code of Conduct reflects Braces’ dedication to ethics, integrity, and sustainability. It outlines the rules that every employee must follow and the charters and internal policies that have been developed to shape our ethical framework. The Code governs all actions taken by Braces and provides guidance to ensure consistency in ethical behaviour.

All suppliers and business partners must adhere to the principles detailed in the Braces Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct and ensure compliance within their own operations, including any subcontractors.

Braces enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and unethical influence. Our Anti-Corruption Charter sets out clear rules for all team members to prevent corrupt practices, providing practical guidance and examples of behaviours to avoid in order to maintain our ethical standards.

Braces is committed to transparency, integrity, and accuracy in all its interactions. Our Responsible Lobbying Policy outlines our approach to constructive engagement with the public policy process, ensuring alignment with our ethical principles.

We encourage open communication and believe in the importance of transparency and trust. The Braces Alert Line provides a secure and confidential way for employees, partners, and clients to report, in good faith, any violations of laws, regulations, or internal ethical standards.
